Proprietor
Mr. Sanjay Gandhi is the Proprietor of Tanisha Overseas Placements (TOP). He has worked with renowned companies in India, Africa and the Middle East, handling HR, Administration and Business Development profiles. He is a globally travelled entrepreneur and ran his own business in Dubai for 12 years. He is now settled in India and has spread his recruitment business to different countries.

Vice-President
Mr. Relian Ignatius was appointed Vice-President of TOP in August 2014. He is an MBA graduate from the Indian Engineering College, Kerala and holds a Master's in Philosophy. He acts as a consultant in marketing and human resources for various organisations, advising on business development strategies. In TOP, he is engaged in business development, brand building, partnerships, strategic management and general management.

HR Operations
Ms. Dipaali has been a distinctive member of the TOP team since 2016. She handles the HR operations of the organisation and works closely with employers on their manpower requirements.
Technical Consultant
Mr. Naresh Kumar is a qualified engineer and has handled prestigious projects as a Senior Engineer and Consultant. He has been associated with TOP since the inception of the company and takes interviews of engineers and of skilled and unskilled categories for the construction sector.
