Tanisha Overseas Placements (TOP) does NOT charge candidates any fee for registering, uploading a résumé, being shortlisted or being selected, beyond the statutory service charge expressly permitted under the Emigration Act, 1983 and Rules and only when a job offer has been accepted. Any service charge is collected only against an official receipt.
- Transfer money to any personal bank account or wallet.
- Pay through unverified third-party payment links, UPI requests or cryptocurrency.
- Pay a "security deposit", "visa processing advance", "training fee", or similar before a confirmed and accepted offer.
2. No guarantee of employment, visa or salary
We work to match qualified candidates with overseas employers but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including:
- Shortlisting, interview or job offer from any particular employer.
- Issuance of any visa, work permit or emigration clearance by the destination country authorities.
- The duration, salary, working conditions or continuation of any employment offered.
Final selection rests with the foreign employer. Visa and immigration decisions rest with the destination country's authorities.
3. Accuracy of job listings
Job openings published on this Website are based on information supplied by employers. While we take reasonable care to verify and update them, role details, requirements, salaries, accommodation arrangements, deployment timelines and other terms are subject to change without notice and may be revised at the employer's discretion.
4. Visa, immigration and destination-country law
