Qualification: High School Qualification
Description: Responds promptly to COMPANY enquiries
Educates OTHER CONTRACTORs on the documents required to support materials clearance into
Oman / onto Block 61
Obtains and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
Issuing, documents as per requirement to all COMPANY and OTHER CONTRACTOR departments as per instructed.
Directs requests and unresolved issues to the correct team member to resolve and highlights to Yard
Supervisor if support required
Communicates and coordinates with internal departments for storage, packing and transportation requirements
Ensures all documentation is copied to COMPANY, OTHER CONTRACTOR etc.
Compiles and distributes HSE reports
Maintains the site HSE database and documentation, including follow up on lessons learnt and close out of actions
Typing, filing and other administrative duties, as required
Other duties as reasonably directed by COMPANY Management
High School Qualification
1 to 3 years of experience
Good communication skills in English language (speak, write & read). Speaking Arabic is desired.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel). Experience in SAP system is an advantage.
